Stroud Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held at Best Western Hotel in Stroud.  Only a few members   were present.

  • We discussed the upcoming track meets.
  • We also discussed having a Youth Athletic Banquet, one for the East and one for the West side of the state.
  •  I asked for the committee to purchase a Laptop/Printer that can be used at the meets for athletic paying with cash or credit card to purchase their AAU membership.  They would be able to have their number immediately and not have to wait until the information is given to the registration and later mailed to them.  This was approved
  • $420 was given to the athletic that competed at the National Meet last summer.  We still need to issue approximately $300 for the youth that competed in the Cross County Nationals held in Dec.  Mike Barber is to supply the names of those athletics.
  • I spoke on election of new officers.  We need to have more coaches get involved and step up to the plate.  there is one coach we state he will be in this for at least eleven more years and he maybe interested.
